RETURN & REFUND POLICY

KHE Audio offers a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the KHE within 30 days after delivery. We will refund your purchase after we received and inspected the unit.

Conditions & Terms

  • The product must be in like-new condition (no signs of wear).

  • The KHE must be returned in the original KHE carton box and packaging.

  • All accessories must be included.

  • The KHE must not have been opened or modified.

  • The refund will be made in CHF (Swiss Francs) minus any non-refundable costs.

  • The refund will be made after we received and checked the unit. If the returned product does not met the conditions above, a restocking fee may applies.

Non-refundable costs

  • Shipping Costs - KHE Audio can not refund any shipping costs, neither the initial shipping costs, nor the return shipping costs. The customer is fully responsible for any shipping costs.

  • PayPal & Payment Fees - PayPal does not refund any payment fees, so KHE can't refund them too. This includes any fees on the customer's side and on KHE's side, which is usually 4.0%. This is true for all payment methods. The refund transaction itself is free of any fees.

  • Import Duties - KHE Audio can not refund taxes such as VAT/MwSt or other import charges. The customer is fully responsible to take care of the reimbursement of such costs with the local customs import office.

  • Currency Exchange Fees & Losses - Any fees and losses due to currency exchange can not be refunded by KHE Audio.

Always return the KHE in the original carton box with the foam inlets. The correct packaging of the KHE is very important for the shipping: The toggle switches on the front panel can break easily if not secured with the original foam inlet in the box. Additional repair charges may apply if switches broke off during shipping caused by improper packaging. Please make sure to keep & store the original carton box once you've got your KHE.

These rules also applies if a delivery gets rejected by the customer and returned the KHE. All costs incurred with a rejected delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
